3. Getting in touch
Submitting an inquiry through our contact form or WhatsApp does not create a binding agreement on its own. A project only starts once we've agreed on scope and pricing together.
4. Payments
Pricing is quoted per project based on your requirements. Payment terms (deposits, milestones, and final payment) are set out in your project agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, libraries, or licensed assets used to build it, which remain subject to their own licenses.
